Aviva Investors are committed to delivering sustainable development and is a core principle of this initial design stage and will carry through all the way to future construction and operational phases.
A Travel Plan will be produced which will encourage employees to travel using the available sustainable modes of transport, such as by bus and train, avoiding the use of the car where possible.
Furthermore, the buildings themselves will be designed to minimise carbon emissions through sustainable construction to reduce their overall energy demand.
